CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University baseball team’s fall practice comes to a close with the 2009 Chanticleer World Series Oct. 30-Nov. 1 at Watson Stadium/Vrooman Field.

The festivities will start Friday, Oct. 30 with the annual Pro Day starting at 4 p.m. Game one of the Chant World Series will follow at 5:30 p.m. All draft eligible Chanticleer pitcher will throw in that game. Game two will start Saturday, Oct. 31 at 2:30 p.m., with the final game Sunday, Nov. 1 at 2:30 p.m.

 Admission is free for all three games at Watson Stadium/Vrooman Field. Coastal Carolina will open the 2010 season Friday, Feb. 19 against West Virginia at the Caravelle Resort Tournament in Conway, S.C. First pitch is at 4 p.m.
