CONWAY, S.C. - The Coastal Carolina Department of Athletics Ticket Office has a new home starting today, Sept. 29. Previously located at Brooks Stadium, the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office will now operate out of Arcadia Hall, which is the same building the Coastal Carolina Department of Athletics Administration Offices are located.

The Athletics Ticket Office itself will be located in the main lobby of Arcadia Hall at 132 Chanticleer Drive West (Conway, SC 29526). For fan accessibility, two parking spots will be reserved in the lot immediately past Arcadia Hall (opposite the baseball complex) for patrons wishing to purchase tickets for athletics events.

"We are making this move to be more customer friendly as well as get our ticket operations closer to the administrative building to streamline business," said CCU Director of Athletics Hunter Yurachek. "We hope this new area will allow fans more access information and ease when purchasing tickets."

The Athletics Ticket Office will retain its hours of operation (9 am-5 pm Monday-Friday) and retain its phone numbers (843) 347-TIXX and 1-877-4-CHANTS (1-877-424-2687).

On Saturdays when Coastal football is at home, the Athletics Ticket Office will still operate out of Brooks Stadium, opening four hours prior to kickoff.

When the Chanticleers host a men's or women's basketball game during the week, the Athletics Ticket Office will operate out of Arcadia Hall until 4 pm then move its operations to Kimbel Arena. On Saturday home basketball games, the Athletics Ticket Office will open one hour prior to tipoff at Kimbel Arena.
