Kennesaw, Ga. - Coastal Carolina's women's golf team finished fifth at the Kennesaw Henssler Invitational after shooting a 10-over 298 in today's final round.

CCU finished the event with a three-round score of 893 (299-296-298) which was 29-over par.

Malene Krolboll Hansen once again led Coastal with a final day three-under 69. She finished the event at two-under with a 214 (74-71-69). It was another top-five finish for the senior as she finished tied for second.

It's her fifth top-five finish this season and her two sup-par rounds gives her 15 on the season and 50 for her career.

Marie Lunackova shot a six-over 78 in the third round and finished the event with a seven-over 223 (73-72-78). She finished in a tie for 12th place.

Shooting her best round of the event, Sena Ersoy finished with a two-over 74 in today's action. Her three-day total was 228 (75-79-74) and placed her in a tie for 27th.

Frantiska Lunackova shot a five-over 77 in the final round and finished with a three-day total of 13-over 229. Her 77-75-77 scores have her tied for 30th in the event. Stephanie Henning shot an eight over 80 today and finished tied for 42nd with her 239 (81-78-80).

Kent State was the highest ranked team in the event and the 19th-ranked Golden Flashes won the event with a nine-over 873. Finishing second was 40th-ranked Ole Miss with a 16-over 880.

43rd-ranked and host Kennesaw State, finished third in their event with a 20-over 884.

Augusta was able to finish one stroke ahead of CCU by finishing with a 28-over 892.

CCU will be back in action for their final regular season match April 2-3 at the Charleston Invitational. The match will serve as the Chants final warm up to the Sun Belt Championship which will be held April 15-17 in Destin, Fla., at the Raven Golf Club.
