CONWAY – The Coastal Carolina's women's soccer team had its preseason home matchup with South Carolina canceled due to inclement weather. Thursday's exhibition match was the final tune-up for both sides before the regular season play begins.
 
The Chants will open their regular season on Thursday, Aug. 22 as they will host North Florida at the CCU Soccer Stadium. The opening kick-off for the season opener is scheduled for 6 p.m.
