CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina football will have four former Chanticleers compete in the next few weeks at a trio of collegiate senior all-star games, all of which will be broadcast live on NFL Network.
Running back
Shermari Jones will take part in the 2022 NFLPA Collegiate Bowl this Saturday, Jan. 29, at 6 p.m. ET in the Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, Calif.
Jones will wear No. 25 for the National Team coached by Marvin Lewis.
A pair of Chants
Jaivon Heiligh and
Jeffrey Gunter will suit up for the East Team at the 97th East-West Shrine Bowl set for Thursday, Feb. 3, at 8 p.m. ET from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nev.
Heiligh will sport his usual No. 6 uniform, while Gunter will wear his normal No. 94 for the East Team which will be coached by D'Anton Lynn of the Baltimore Ravens.
Standout tight end
Isaiah Likely will wrap up the collegiate all-star senior bowls for the Chanticleers by playing in the 2022 Reese's Senior Bowl held at Hancock Whitney Stadium in Mobile, Ala. on Saturday, Feb. 5, 2022. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. ET.
Likely will be on the American Team, as coaches from both the Detroit Lions and New York Jets were selected by the NFL as the coaching staffs for the 73rd Reese's Senior Bowl.
Both Likely and Gunter were invited to the 2022 NFL Scouting Combined will which is scheduled to take place March 1-7 in Indianapolis, Ind.

Silas Kelly and
Teddy Gallagher played in the 2022 Hula Bowl, while wide receiver
Kameron Brown participated in the 2022 SPIRAL Tropical Bowl.
