ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Sophomore Alexis Glasco set a new Coastal Carolina school record in the women's 60-meter hurdles, just missing out on the finals heat at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships on Friday night in Albuquerque, N.M.
 
In the women's 60-meter hurdle preliminaries, Glasco turned in a time of 8.03 and just missed out on the top eight by two one-hundredths of a second.
 
Her ninth-place finish awarded her NCAA second-team All-American status.
 
Glasco's time of 8.03 at the championships bested her previous school record of 8.08 set at the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships.
