JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Coastal Carolina junior
Braydon Bennett turned in a season-best time on Wednesday night in the 110-meter hurdles at the 2023 NCAA East Regional Preliminary Round in Jacksonville, Fla.
The lone Chant to compete on day one of the regional meet, Bennett placed 25th overall in the 110-meter hurdles with a season-best time of 13.77 (+2.7). His mark, if not wind-aided, would have been a personal-best time and third-best in CCU's history.
The women's team will have three Chants compete tomorrow, Thursday, May 25, as
Alexis Glasco will run in both the 100-meter hurdles and the 100-meter days,
Kayla Sweeney will compete in both the 100 and 200-meters, and
Sydney Clemens will race in the 100-meter hurdles.
