CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis went 10-5 on day one of the CCU Battle at the Beach Invitational on Friday at the Stevens Tennis Complex. 

Today's Top Hits

• Coastal kicked off the day with a 3-1 doubles victory over UNCG, highlighted by a 6-0 shutout from Anna Babayan and Paula Cabrer in the No. 2 spot.
• The Chants claimed a 2-1 doubles win versus Queens.
• CCU downed the UNCW Seahawks 5-3 in singles play.
• Katya Hersh, Brooke Rogers, and Sarah Clark's singles matches all went to three sets.
• Sophomore Aida Maria Mitrache extended her singles win streak to five matches.
