Pawleys Island, S.C.- The Coastal Carolina women's golf team paced the 16-team field from the first to the third day and won the Golfweek/Stifel Spring Challenge at Caledonioa Golf and Fish Club in Pawleys Island, S.C. The Chants posted a team score of 855 (286-283-286) across the three day, 54-hole event. The win marked the first tournament victory for Coastal this season.

Coastal's leading finisher was freshman
Ella Murray, who capped off the tournament at -1 with scores of 74, 70, and 68 for a fourth-place finish.
Sara Sarrion followed tied for fifth place with a with an even-par score for the tournament.

Varatkarn Kunkaew and
Carolina Hortian both finished tied for eighth at three-over par to cap-off the top-10 finishes.

Middle Tennessee finished second with a team score of 861 (+9) and Akron took third place at 870 (+18).

The Chanticleers finish their season in Point Clear, A.L. in the Sun Belt Conference Championship from April 14-17.
