CONWAY, S.C. — Coastal Carolina football head coach
Tim Beck met with the media Tuesday as the Chanticleers started week two of fall training camp.

Coastal held its fifth workout of fall camp on Tuesday with positive signs showing the Chants getting better every day.
"We had a really good practice today," Beck said. "I am very pleased where our football team is at since the last time we got together. We have had quite a bit of changes and have been very pleased at our progress on the field, off the field and in the locker room. It's an exciting time right now."
The third-year head coach kept things simple when asked what was next for his 2025 squad, shifting the focus to identifying those who will don the teal on game days.
"Our goal right now is to just get better every day and find out who are the guys that will be our starters and contributors," Beck said.
The team continues working towards the season opener on Saturday, Aug. 30 with Coastal is slated to travel to Virginia for a 6 p.m. ET kickoff on ACC Network.
