CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw against the Old Dominion Monarchs on Sunday evening at the CCU Soccer Complex.
- With the result, Coastal moves to 3-4-2 overall and 0-1-2 in Sun Belt play.
- The Chants' best chance of the first half came on a free-kick attempt, but Jasmine Ouatu's shot sailed over the crossbar.
- Old Dominion held a 57%–43% edge in possession during the opening 45 minutes.
- Neither team registered a shot on goal in the first half, though the Monarchs outshot CCU 5-1.
- Goalkeeper Aris Lamanna made two crucial saves in the second half to secure her sixth career clean sheet.
- At full time, ODU held a 13-1 advantage in shots and a 6-2 edge in corner kicks.
- Eefje Botjer played the full 90 minutes for the eighth time this season.
The Chanticleers will remain in Conway to host ULM on Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. ET.
