WINSTON-SALEM, N.C./GAINESVILLE, FLA. – Coastal Carolina track & field completed their events at the Wake Forest Invitational and began the Tom Jones Memorial on Friday. 

NOTABLE RESULTS (WAKE FOREST INVITATIONAL)

Mia Lewis - fourth-place finish in women's javelin throw (37.92m)
Jenna Lang - third-place finish in women's 800m open 1 (2:16.07)
Sterling Sellier - first-place finish in men's 3000m steeplechase section 1 (9:07.81)

NOTABLE RESULTS (TOM JONES MEMORIAL)

Emelia Thurston - 13th-place finish in women's long jump (5.84m)
Josh Richardson - 12th-place finish in men's high jump (2.01m)

Coastal will continue the Tom Jones Memorial tomorrow.
