The Chanticleer Athletic Foundation (CAF) has added a new giving program that will enhance the member experience while providing the resources necessary to keep Coastal Carolina University Athletics competitive in today's ever-changing intercollegiate landscape.
The CAF Impact Fund gives you the opportunity to make an annual, tax-deductable donation that is not tied to the purchase of season tickets or parking passes. These unrestricted gifts will support CCU's 450-plus student-athletes by funding scholarships, academic resources, personal development, sports nutrition, equipment and much more.
When you make an Impact Fund donation, you automatically become a CAF member, earn three priority points for every $100 given and are eligible for the following benefits:
Annual donations are counted during CCU's fiscal year - July 1 to June 30. Any charitable CAF Impact Fund donation is equal to the gift amount, minus the value of received benefits. Please consult your tax adviser. Membership structure is subject to change based on federal tax guidelines.
Keep in mind that you can still purchase non-tax-deductible season tickets or parking passes for football, men's basketball and/or baseball. Revenue generated from this option provides additional operational funds for all 19 Chanticleer athletic programs.
