2017 (Junior): Was the only defensive lineman to start all 12 games … Had 33 tackles, including 3.5 tackles for loss with 1.5 sacks … Served as a game captain at Arkansas … Was the team’s defensive MVP for the ULM game as he had four tackles, but graded out well … Added four tackles the following week versus Georgia State … Tallied six tackles, including 1.5 for loss and a half sack, versus Texas State … Recorded a career-high eight tackles versus Troy … Only had one tackle versus Georgia Southern, but it went for a loss.

2016 (Sophomore): Played in 10 games and drew his first collegiate start versus Central Connecticut … Involved in a tackle for loss in six of his 10 games … Logged four stops in the opener at Lamar with a half tackle for loss … Also had four tackles versus Charleston Southern with a TFL … Credited with half sacks versus Jacksonville State, Central Connecticut, Liberty and Hampton … Added a quarterback hurry at Gardner-Webb.

2015 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in six games, missing the final four contests due to an injury … Tallied seven tackles for the season … Had two stops in the Presbyterian and Charleston Southern games … Recorded a tackle in the South Carolina State, Western Illinois and Alabama A&M games … Added a pass breakup in the Alabama A&M win.

2014 (Freshman): Redshirted ... Named Chant Squad Defensive Player of the Year ... Also selected Chant Squad Defensive Player of the Week (The Citadel).

High School: A two-time all-Dade County honorable mention selection … Played in the TruSports Dade County Public vs Private Schools All-Star game … Prior to his senior season, the Miami Herald listed Tolbert as one of the top nine defensive linemen in Dade County … Credited with 60 tackles, including 20 tackles for loss and six sacks … Led the Hawks to a 7-5 overall record and 5-1 conference mark before falling to national powerhouse St. Thomas Aquinas in the first round of the playoffs … Tallied 40 tackles and nine sacks his junior season.
