  • Returned seven punts for 142 yards, an average of 20.3 yards per attempt, and ran one back for 72 yards at ULM (Nov. 23)

  • Played in 11 games for the Chants, starting six at wide receiver
  • Was second on the team with 26 receptions and 397 receiving yards on the year
  • Averaged 15.3 yards per catch
  • Hauled in two receiving touchdowns
  • Also rushed three times for 44 yards and a touchdown
  • Served as the Chants’ top punt and kick returner
  • Returned four punts for 30 yards and made 16 kick returns for 348 yards on the season
  • Caught a season-long 81-yard pass for a touchdown in the road win at Campbell (Sept. 12), which was tied for the fifth-longest pass reception in Coastal Carolina history and tied for the 16th-longest scoring play in CCU history
  • Had three receptions for 23 yards and one rush for three yards in the season opener at South Carolina (Sept. 1)
  • Also hauled in three catches for 63 yards, including a 35-yard reception, in the home win over UAB (Sept. 8)
  • Caught two passes in each of his next three games – two catches for 50 yards and a touchdown at Louisiana (Sept. 22), two receptions for 17 yards at Troy (Sept. 29) and two catches for 11 yards versus ULM (Oct. 13)
  • Made one catch for 10 yards at UMass (Oct. 20)
  • Totaled three pass receptions for 30 yards and rushed two times for 28 yards and a score in the road win at Georgia State (Oct. 27)
  • Also had three catches for 39 yards and recovered a fumble and ran for 13 yards against Appalachian State (Nov. 3)
  • Came back from missing the Arkansas State (Nov. 10) game to make two catches for 38 yards against Georgia Southern (Nov. 17) and a season-high four receptions for 35 yards at South Alabama (Nov. 23)

2017 (Redshirt Sophomore)

  • Played in 11 games, starting six contests
  • Missed the Idaho game due to injury
  • Named team’s Offensive MVP at Appalachian State as he had a career-high 141 yards (five receptions), including a career-long 73-yard touchdown to spur a 19-0 run as the Chants went from down 17-3 to lead 22-17
  • Finished with 160 all-purpose yards versus the Mountaineers
  • Was the 11th Chanticleer to amass at least 1,000 all-purpose yards in a season (1,133 including 73 rushing, 313 receiving, 64 punt returns and 683 kick returns)
  • Returned 29 kickoffs -- to tie the CCU single-season record -- for an average of 23.6 yards in 2017 and his 683 kick return yards ranked second-most on the CCU seasonal list
  • Returned a kick 88 yards to set the CCU record for longest non-scoring play at ULM
  • Overall, returned four kicks for 144 yards versus the Warhawks
  • Named the team’s Special Teams MVP versus Troy as he had a 50-yard kick return versus the Trojans and tallied 152 kick return yards (on five attempts) to rank fifth on CCU single-game list
  • Was third on the team as a receiver, getting 23 catches for 313 yards for an average of 13.6 yards per catch
  • Added 73 rushing yards on 11 attempts
  • Had a career-high 141 receiving yards (on five catches) at Appalachian State, including a 73-yard touchdown
  • Hauled in five of CCU’s 10 receptions (for 38 yards) versus UMass
  • Caught first touchdown of the season — second of career — versus Georgia State

2016 (Redshirt Freshman)

  • Played in all 12 games, earning starts in the Florida A&M and Hampton games
  • In addition to playing wide receiver, was named the team’s Special Teams Player of the Year
  • Named the team’s Special Teams MVP twice (Furman and Hampton)
  • Also named the team’s Offensive MVP for the Central Connecticut game
  • Caught five passes for 70 yards with a touchdown and had nine rushes for 88 yards and completed his lone pass attempt
  • On special teams, he had nine kickoff returns for 176 yards with a TD and three punt returns with a TD
  • In being named offensive MVP versus Central Connecticut, he had five rushes for 50 yards and caught two passes for 21 yards
  • First special teams MVP honor came as he returned a punt 80 yards for a touchdown versus Furman
  • Second special teams MVP honor was earned as he had a 77-yard kickoff return for a TD versus Hampton
  • First TD as a receiver was a 38-yarder in the win at Presbyterian
  • Completed his lone pass attempt for 40 yards versus Monmouth
  • Posted at least a 3.0 GPA for the 2016-17 academic year


2015 (Freshman)

  • Named the Chant Squad Offensive Player of the Year
  • During the season, was named Chant Squad MVP twice, once for special teams (Western Illinois) and once for offense (Monmouth)
