Noel comes to Conway after serving as a graduate assistant for football strength and conditioning at Missouri State. In addition to his collegiate experience, he also works as an online strength and conditioning coach, providing training services in both English and French.

His previous experience includes a strength and conditioning internship at Florida Atlantic University and time as an assistant football coach at Bishop’s University in Canada. Noel holds multiple professional certifications, including CSCS, SCCC, FRCms, and FRAs.

He earned his master’s degree in sport, exercise, and performance psychology from Barry University and completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at Florida Gulf Coast University.
