Biography
Autumn, a native of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, completed a brilliant four-year career as a middle blocker for the Lady Chanticleers. Staub, who was a member of both the 1996 and 1998 Coastal Carolina NCAA Tournament teams, led the squad with 403 kills and 3.17 kills per game. She ranked second on the 1998 team with 83 blocks and recorded 255 digs and 32 service aces. After being tabbed Big South First Team All-Conference, she earned Big South Tournament Co-MVP honors by posting 38 kills and eight blocks in the tourney.
Staub's offensive numbers in 1998 put the exclamation point on one of the finest careers ever at Coastal Carolina. Her career statistics rank near the top of every hitting and blocking category in the Coastal Carolina volleyball record book. Staub completed her career ranking third in games played (441), second in kills (1,195), seventh in kills per game (2.71), second in total attacks (3,093), 10th in service aces (84), fifth in solo blocks (94), second in block assists (182) and fourth in total blocks (276).
