2026 All-Sun Belt Conference Second Team

2026 (Sophomore)
  • Started in 55 of the 58 games he played in during in his first season with the Chanticleers
  • Batted .290 with 62 hits, 16 doubles, one triple, 12 home runs, 64 RBIs and 44 runs scored
  • Led the team in home runs, RBIs, total bases (116) while slugging .542
  • Ranked third in the Sun Belt Conference in RBIs and tied for 10th in home runs
  • Added 10 stolen bases and posted a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage
  • Recorded 17 multi-hit games and a team-high 17 multi-RBI games
  • Hit a walk-off grand slam in the 10th inning to defeat ECU on March 6
  • Followed with a go-ahead three-run home run against ECU on March 7
  • Delivered a walk-off RBI single against James Madison on March 22 to secure a run-rule victory

  • The 17 hit-by-pitches are tied for the second most in a single season in program history
  • Ranked second on his team and sixth in the WCC for home runs 
  • Also ranked second on the team in both sacrifice flies (4) and sacrifice hits (4)
  • His 60 runs batted in, which ranked third in the WCC, are tied for the eighth-most in a single season in program history
  • Recorded back-to-back four-RBI performances in both legs of the doubleheader against Columbia (March 16)
  • Logged two hits in three straight games and four in five games from March 29 to April 5
  • Recorded his second grand slam of 2025 in San Diego’s 9-8 comeback victory against UC San Diego (April 8) 
  • Registered one of his three, 3-hit games of the season at Saint Mary’s (April 12) when he went 3-for-6 with two runs and three runs batted in in a 23-8 victory 
  • Had a 12-game on base streak (and got at least one hit in 11 of those 12 games, including nine straight) where he batted .340 (17-for-50) with 13 runs, 25 runs batted in, six home runs and four multi-hit games, including a pair of three-hit performances from April 8 to May 2 
  • Capped off that stretch by going 3-for-5 with a home run and three runs batted in in a 10-1 victory against San Francisco (May 2) 
  • Recorded his first collegiate four-hit game going 4-for-5 with four runs, two runs batted in and a home run at Santa Clara (May 11) as part of a historic 25-8 victory
  • That was part of an eight-game stretch to end the season, including the WCC Tournament where he logged at least one hit in seven of eight games, including six straight as well as five straight multi-hit games, hitting .429 (15-for-35) with 13 runs, 10 runs batted in, a double, four home runs and four walks
  • Hit .318 during the conference tournament (7-for-22) with three home runs, 10 runs batted in, and eight runs
