Outdoor Season

• Regional qualifier in the triple jump
• Finished second in the triple jump at the Charlotte Invitational (12.55 meters)
• Third-place finish in the triple jump at the Tom Jones Invitational (12.67 meters)
• Won the triple jump at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a mark of 12.80 meters, ranking second in school history
• Won the triple jump at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (12.47 meters)

• Finished fifth in the triple jump at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championship (12.34 meters)

2022 (Sophomore)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in five meets over the outdoor season, taking part in both the long jump and triple jump events
• Recorded three top-15 place finishes in the triple jump on the season
• Finished 15th overall in the triple jump at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a mark of 11.36 meters (-1.1)
• Placed 15th in the triple jump with a distance of 11.06 meters (2.4) at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational
• Also finished 15th in the triple jump with a distance of 11.17 meters (0.3) at the USC Open
• Finished 24th in the triple jump at the UF Tom Jones Memorial Invitational with a mark of 11.23 meters (-0.7)
• Posted a season-best mark of 5.08 meters (-0.1) in the long jump event at the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships, placing 25th overall
• Also competed in the long jump at the North Florida Collegiate Invitational, turning in a leap of 4.92 meters (0.8)

2021 (Freshman)
Outdoor Season

• Competed in seven meets over the outdoor season, competing in the long jump and triple jump events
• Turned in a season-best mark of 12.22 meters (2.1) in the triple jump at the Gamecock Invitational, placing fourth overall
• Finished third in the triple jump event at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational (12.05 meters) and the CCU Chanticleer Challenge (11.79 meters)
• Placed fourth in the triple jump event with a distance of 11.60 meters at the Weems Baskin Relays
• Recorded a leap of 11.78 meters in the triple jump at the Gamecock Invitational
• Also competed in the long jump at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational

Indoor Season

• Competed in four meets over the indoor season
• Turned in a season-best mark of 5.24 meters in the long jump event to finish 28th overall at the 2021 Sun Belt Indoor Track & Field Championships
• Placed ninth in the triple jump event at the conference championship meet with a distance of 11.90 meters
• Finished third with a jump of 11.18 meters in the triple jump at the Gamecock Opener
• Recorded a ninth-place finish in the triple jump at both the Liberty Elite Invitational (11.49 meters) and Bob Pollock Indoor Invitational (11.64 meters)

High School

• Lettered in both track and volleyball in high school
• Finished the 2020 season ranked No. 1 in the state of South Carolina and No. 21 nationally in the triple jump 
• Was all-state in the 400-meter hurdles in 2018
• Also all-region in both the triple jump and the 400-meter hurdles in 2018
• Named the track & field team MVP in 2018
• Set her high school's record in the triple jump at 38'9"
• Also holds the high school record in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:04
• Helped lead her Chapin High School track & field team to a 2017 district championship
• A key part in the Chapin High School volleyball team winning the district championship in 2017
• Guided Blythewood High School to a 2018 volleyball regional championship title
• Was named the team's Newcomer of the Year (2017) and earned the Coaches' Award (2018) in volleyball
• Brother, Anthony Ulmer Jr, plays football at UTEP
• Father is in the Army
• Was born in Kentucky but has also lived in Texas
