2019 Outdoor: Appeared in three meets, three events. . .Picked up five top 10 finishes including two victories in the Coastal Carolina Invite 400h (54.28) and 4x400 (3:17.48). . . Team season-best in the 400mh (52.59).

2018 Outdoor: Appeared in one meet; one event. . . Finished second in the 4x200 at the Coastal Carolina Invite on Mar 9-10. 

2017 Track & Field: Appeared in seven meets competing in four events ... Ran once in the 200m at Gamecock Invitational with a time of 21.97 ... Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary in 400m hurdles with his time of 51.93 fourth place finish in the Sun Belt Championships ... Had seven top-10 finishes in the 400m hurdles, won the Bill Carson Invitational with a time of 53.29 ... Part of the 40.38 4x100 relay and the 3:10.08 4x400 relay teams.

2016 Track & Field: Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminaries in the 4x100m relay ... Finished 5th in the 100m at the Big South Triangular, crossing the finish line at 11.01 ... Recorded a pair of top-10 finishes in the 200m, including a second-place finish (21.98) at the Big South Triangular ... Placed 12^th (15:51.00) in the 5000m at the Coach O Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Notched a season-best time of 52.79 at UNF, placing fourth overall ... Part of Coastal's Big South champion 4x400 relay team, scoring a first-place finish at the conference championships with a time of 3:11.51.

2015 Track & Field: Appeared in five meets and competed in the 110m and 400m hurdles for Coastal Carolina ... Clocked a personal-best time of 15.30 seconds in the 110m hurdles at the Battle of the Beaches and finished fifth ... Capped off the season with a seventh-place finish in the event at the Big South Conference Championships ... Ran a personal-best time of 53.96 seconds in the 400m hurdles at the Bill Carson Invitational and finished eighth ... Time was good for the fifth-fastest in the Big South this season and the 10th-fastest in CCU history ... Made the Dean's List for the Spring 2015 semester ... Member of the 2014-15 Big South Honor Roll.

At Northwestern HS: Set school record in both 110-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles... 2014 state, regional and county champion in 400 hurdles... 2014 Region and county champion and state runner-up in 110 hurdles... State runner-up in 400 hurdles and county champion in 400 meters as a junior... Won 400 hurdles at Taco Bell Track Classic... Personal bests of 53.42 in 400 hurdles, 14.32 in 110 hurdles and 51.6 in 400 meters... Helped Northwestern to state championship in 2014 and three regional championships... Earned academic excellence honors all four years.
