Fall 2006: First ever Coastal cross country runner and first female in the Big South to be named All-American in cross country... Finished 11th out of 255 runners at NCAA[apos]s with a time of 21:06, which was the top Freshman finish in the Nation... Was the Big South Champion with a time of 17:30... Set a course record at Big South Championships... Named to the Division I All-Southeast Region Cross Country team... Earned Runner and Rookie of the Year honors... Was Big South Runner of the Week three times during the season... Placed first at the Covered Bridge Open with a time of 18:10.43 and at the CCU Invitational with a time of 17:28.68, setting a course record at both meets... Placed third at the Paul Short Run setting a school record for a 6K with a time of 20:33... Finished 18th at Pre-Nationals... Placed eighth at Regionals with a 6K time of 20:40 which qualified her for Nationals... High School: 2006 Graduate of Maria Ward Gymnasium in Winhoring, Germany... Two-time German Junior National 10,000 meter champion...
