Chanticleer Athletes Visit Grand Strand Miracle League
The Coastal Carolina University baseball team, along with members of the softball and cheerleading teams, visited the Grand Strand Miracle League this past Saturday at the Ripken Complex in Myrtle Beach. The Chanticleers were “Buddies” to the Miracle League children in their games. The Miracle League has two eight-week sessions a year. The baseball team also did one-on-one instruction with future Special Olympic hopefuls, while Coastal Carolina baseball alum Dock Doyle helped Dylan Blanton throw out the first pitch of the Miracle League.
