Final Results 
BLACKSBURG, Va. - The Coastal Carolina University women's indoor track and field team concluded the Virginia Tech Invitational with five top-20 finishes on the final day.
Christian Johnson and Shantelle Patterson were the top competitors for the Chanticleers on day two. Johnson finished 10th in the 800 meters with a time of 2:19.69 while Patterson finished 10th in the shot put with a toss of 40' 0.5"(12.20m).
In the 3,000 meters, Jamie Brusa placed 13th overall with a 10:38.66 mark while Jessica Dennison rounded out the pack, crossing the line with a time of 11:39.82.
The Chanticleers 4x400-meter relay team, consisting of Vondeeshia Humphries, Ashley Davis, Samantha Simile and Thomasina Smith, placed 19th with a time of 4:02.40.
The Chanticleers are back in action, traveling to Clemson, S.C. for the JRF Combined Events Invitational Jan. 28-29.
