2010 Outdoor: Part of the 4x400m relay team that ran a season-best time of 3:44.38 and competed in the 400m at Georgia Tech... Ran a personal-best time of 25.08 in the 200m at Liberty Twilight... Placed fourth in the 400m with a personal-best time of 55.95 and was a part of the runner-up 4x400m relay team at Big South Conference Championship... Competed in the 4x100m, 4x200m and 4x400m relays at Shamrock Invite.

2010 Indoor: Finished sixth in the 400m with a season-best time of 57.29 and ran the second leg for the championship 4x400m relay team at Big South Indoor Championships... Finished fourth in the 300m dash with a time of 40.61, finished ninth in the 400m dash with a time of 59.25 and ran the 200m dash in 25.91 at Tiger Paw Invite.

2009 Outdoor: Earned All-Conference honors in two events at the Big South Championships... Finished third in 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 56.23... Was a member of 4x400-meter relay team that won the Big South Championship and set an all-time Big South Championship record of 3:40.67... Ran a season best 200-meter time of 25.74 at the Chanticleer Classic.

2009 Indoor: Battled injury much of the indoor season.

2008 Outdoor: Set school record in the 400 meters at the New Balance Big South Championships with a time of 54.41 in the qualifying round of the championship... Finished second in the final to earn All-Big South status... Ran the anchor leg of the 4x100-meter relay that finished third at the Championships, and ran on the 4x400-meter relay squad that placed third... Also placed seventh in the 200 meters... Ran a personal best of 24.75 in the 200 meters at the Chanticleer Classic.

2008 Indoor: Won Big South Championship in the 400 meters with a time of 56.32... Ran personal best of 56.25 at the championships... Ran on the 4x400-meter relay team at the Clemson Invitational, which posted a season best of 3:49.82... Also was a member of the 4x400-meter relay squad that finished fifth at the Big South Championships.

High School: Six-time letterwinner in track and field... Garnered All-State and All-Region honors in the 800 meters five times... Set the state record for the 800 meters as a seventh-grader... State runner-up in the 800 meters as a senior... Regional champion in the 800 meters, 4x800-meter relay and 4x400-meter relay her senior year... Captain and Irmo[apos]s MVP as a senior... Finished fifth at the state meet as a junior.
