Is there a little more resolve after the Liberty game?
"Yeah, it was the probably the best time, if we were to lose a game, to kind of humble us a little bit and make us hungry for the playoffs. It leveled our heads a little bit and now we are ready to go."

What is your impression of Richmond this week?
"Defensively they are pretty sound. There are some things that we can take advantage of offensively and we have been working on that this week in practice and game planning. I feel very good about what we have and what we are going to bring to the table this week."
Tell us a little bit of what it means to be able to host at home?
"It feels nice to be able to stay here. Last year we played one game at home and then traveled to Montana for the second round. You kind of get accumulated to the time change when you travel to different places. So, it's nice to be able to stay here and have home field advantage."
This is your third straight year in the second round. Are the playoffs becoming the norm at this University?
"What you have to do at a school is establish a tradition and I think so far, with the new coaches coming in, we have started to establish a tradition here and we want to carry on that tradition. Each year we want to go a little bit further."

"We are delighted to play at home, although I think we are going to have our work cut out for us. We know it's going to be a good game and we have to be ready for a good game."
How important was the week off? :
"At this time of the year, for you to be able to get a little time off where there is no school to not worry about anything else, I thought it was great for our guys and coaching staff."
How confident are you going against a team that has defeated four ranked teams?
"I still think we played a tough nationally-competitive schedule. We are in playoff mode now and every team we play is going to be a little better. I think we are a better team than we were three or four weeks ago. We have gotten better over the span of the season and I'm sure Richmond has to pay attention to us as well. We are going into this game prepared, confident and proving the possibility that we are going to be successful. We recognize anything can happen in a game. Our job is to make sure we take care of business on Saturday."
On the talk surrounding the Wall Street Journal suggesting you for the Jets job and other opportunities :
"I think there is a good possibility that this is my last job in coaching. I am not going to be coaching forever, I know that. It's not a matter of loving it. It's a matter of being competent. As long as I believe we can continue to find competitive advantages and that I am still loving what I do, yes I want to continue to coach."
