CONWAY - Fans are invited to join the Coastal Carolina University men’s basketball team Sunday night, March 16, at The HTC Center to view the NCAA Tournament Selection Show. The event will run from 5-7 p.m. with the show beginning at 6 p.m. Admission is free, and all fans will receive a voucher for a hotdog, popcorn and drink that can be redeemed at CCU’s concession stands.

CBS will be doing live look-ins throughout the evening, and the Coastal Carolina Department of Athletics encourages all fans to attend and show the nation what it means to be a Chanticleer. The band and cheerleaders will be on hand to entertain the crowd, and large screens will be set on the floor to afford everyone a great view of the broadcast.

For the first time in 21 years, the Coastal Carolina University men's basketball team is heading to the NCAA Tournament following a 76-61 victory in the VisitMyrtleBeach.com Big South Conference Championship game over in-state rival Winthrop University. Tickets for the NCAA Tournament games can be purchased through the Coastal Carolina University Athletics Ticket Office.

Placing an order does not guarantee you seats. The CCU Athletics Ticket Office will begin calling patrons Monday morning, March 17, at 8 a.m. to confirm their ticket order has been processed. Tickets will be assigned with priority going to CAF members, men's basketball season ticket holders, then the general public. The maximum number of tickets that can be ordered is based on site location.

If Coastal Carolina is selected for the First Round games in Dayton, Ohio, Coastal Carolina fans can order up to six tickets at a cost of $65 per ticket. For the Second and Third Round games, the location and prices are as follows:

Tickets will be picked up at the will call area at the host arena beginning one hour prior to the first game of the session. Tickets are only for the two designated games in the session. Transportation to and from the game is the ticket holder’s responsibility.
