HOOPLA Set For Wed., Oct. 28

CONWAY - #TEALnation's first chance to get a glimpse of the 2015-16 Coastal Carolina basketball teams will be Wednesday, Oct. 28, as part of Hoopla, a FREE celebration to tip off the new basketball season at The HTC Center. The festivities will begin at 10:00 p.m.
The doors will open at 9:45 p.m. Students and fans are strongly encouraged to attend. Free pizza will be provided for the first 300 fans in attendance, while the first 250 entering will receive a free "ON GAMEDAY WE WEAR TEAL" t-shirt.
Hoopla will feature several contests involving students and members of the Coastal Carolina men's and women's basketball teams. In addition, students in attendance will have opportunities to win prizes, including a 42-inch television.
2015 Hoopla contests include:
- A dance contest featuring students and student-athletes
- A shooting contest featuring student-athletes
- Dunk contest with five men's basketball team members
