CHANTICLEER FAN CODE OF CONDUCT

Chanticleer fans are encouraged to wear teal to games and enthusiastically support the Chanticleers in good sportsman like fashion. In the spirit of sportsmanship, Chanticleer fans shall:
• Conduct themselves in a manner that represents their university, the Big South Conference, and the NCAA with dignity, honor, and respect
• Demonstrate the qualities of civility and sportsmanship at all times
• Not use vulgar, abusive, racist, sexist, demeaning, or intimidating language at any time
• Support the players, coaches, and umpires in a positive manner
• Treat the visiting team, coaches, and fans with courtesy and respect at all times
• Not engage in cheers that are vulgar, crass, or demeaning
• Refrain from throwing objects onto the field
• Not become inebriated or belligerent
• Refrain from entering the playing field at any time, including after the game
• Be a positive role model for those around them

SPRINGS BROOKS STADIUM INFORMATION

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Stadium security has the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entry. Prohibited items include:
• Alcoholic beverages
• Flags
• Backpacks
• Umbrellas
• Weapons of any kind
• Large carry bags
• Outside food/drinks
• Hard-surfaced materials
• Strollers/infant seats/wagons
• Ice bags
• Video cameras
• Coolers
• Thermos bottles
• Animals (excluding service animals)
• Artificial noisemakers

GATES OPEN

All stadium gates will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch.

GUEST SERVICES/USHERS

For any guest services needs, please visit the usher stand located behind home plate on the concourse. Also, for your convenience, event staff/ ushers are located on the concourse level throughout the facility.

LOST AND FOUND

Lost and found for Springs Brooks Stadium will be in the ticket office, located in front of Springs Brooks Stadium.

FIRST AID

The first aid station is located on the concourse, located directly behind home plate. If assistance is needed, contact the nearest event staff/ usher for directions to the first aid facility. The medical facility is equipped and staffed as a limited first-aid treatment station.

HANDICAP SEATING

One of the great features of Springs Brooks Stadium is the ability to view the game from anywhere in the ballpark. The facility is ADA accessible with handicapped and wheelchair seating located along the concourse level. Out of courtesy to season ticket holders, wheelchair patrons and others with mobility issues, a no-standing zone has been created for those seated on the last row along the stadium concourse. We appreciate your cooperation in making this seating area accessible at all times.

TOBACCO-FREE CAMPUS POLICY

Effective Aug. 1, 2014, Coastal Carolina University is a tobacco-free campus. Use of all tobacco products is PROHIBITED in or on all University property. This policy does not restrict or prohibit the lawful possession of tobacco products on the Coastal Carolina University campus.

The sale, sampling or advertisement of tobacco products is PROHIBITED on the Coastal Carolina University campus and in all University publications.

Students who refuse to comply with the Tobacco-Free Campus Policy will be referred to the Office of Student Conduct or a designee of said office.

Visitors or members of the general public who refuse to comply with the policy may be asked to leave campus by the Department of Public Safety.

SOLICITATION AND DISTRIBUTION POLICY

Solicitation or distribution by persons other than employees or students of the University on official University business is prohibited in Brooks Stadium and throughout campus. University employees and students must receive approval from the Office of University Communication for all solicitation that takes place at Coastal Carolina University athletic events. Banners, fliers, pamphlets or any other paraphernalia will be disposed of by gameday security, and solicitors will be escorted off the premises. Distribution of political information is a violation of the solicitation policy of Coastal Carolina University and is prohibited. The selling of any item by anyone other than University-authorized personnel on the campus of Coastal Carolina University is prohibited. "SEE SOMETHING...SAY SOMETHING"

In an effort to enhance the safety of our students, faculty, staff and fans at Coastal Carolina University sporting events, we are asking all spectators for heightened awareness of their surroundings on gameday. If you see something out of the ordinary while on campus or in the stadium, please notify a member of the CCU Deppartment of Public Saftey, event staff personnel or athletic department gameday staff immediately. You can also contact CCU Department of Public Safety by calling or sending a text message to 843-349-TIPS (843-349-8477).

INCLEMENT WEATHER

In the event of inclement weather in the proximity of Springs Brooks Stadium, public address announcements will be made to update fans on the situation. Should a lightning strike occur within eight miles of the stadium, play will be stopped. Play will resume thirty minutes after the last strike occurs within the eight-mile radius. During weather delays, fans are encouraged to exit the stadium and seek shelter in their vehicles. Once the ALL CLEAR is determined by the lightning detection system and lightning parameters are met, fans can return to the stadium and the game will be resumed following a brief team warm-up. BASEBALL PARKING INFORMATION

DONOR RESTRICTED LOT

Members of the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation who donate at the Teal level or higher and purchase baseball season tickets will have reserved parking in the donor-restricted lot adjacent to the Springs Brooks Stadium.

To find out more about obtaining a parking pass, contact the Chanticleer Athletics Foundation at 843-349-2893.

For entry into the donor-restricted lot, a parking hangtag must be displayed in the front windshield of the vehicle. Entrance is available via University Boulevard. Please refer to the baseball parking map lot locations and access. Parking in the Teal Lot is now first-come, first-served with NO ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE NUMBER (please disregard number in parking spaces). Also, please note there are certain reserved spaces in some areas of the Teal Lot which will be clearly marked. Please DO NOT park in sign-identified reserved spaces.

GENERAL PARKING LOTS

All lots on campus other than the designated donor restricted or student parking lots are accessible for spectator parking on game day based on availability beginning two (2) hours prior to the start of the game. Please note that general parking lots will be shared with faculty/staff and students during weekday games and are subject to availability. University parking regulations remain in effect until 5 p.m. on Fridays.

SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE

For fans parking off S.C. 544 (lot YY) and off of U.S. 501 (lot GG), shuttles will make a loop approximately every 10 minutes, dropping passengers at the TD Sports Complex entrance. These shuttle runs 90 minutes prior to first pitch and up to two (2) hours following the completion of the game.

HANDICAP PARKING

A limited number of handicap accessible parking spaces located in the Teal Lot adjacent to Springs-Brooks Stadium. Those spaces will be utilized on a first-come, first-serve basis. All shuttles servicing S.C. 544 parking lot (lot YY) and U.S. 501 lot (lot GG) are serviced by handicap accessible shuttles and will provide transportation to the entrance of the TD Sports Complex.

STUDENT PARKING

Coastal Carolina University students attending baseball games are permitted to park in any designated student lot.

Tickets can be purchased a variety of ways for CCU baseball games at Springs Brooks Stadium.

Fans that purchase tickets online will have the option to print the tickets out or send them to will call.

Youth (18 and under) discounts are available by phone or in person. Current CCU Faculty/Staff can also purchase discounted tickets in person.

All seats at Springs Brooks Stadium are assigned. Grass berms and the boardwalk are general admission seating. Handicap seating is available throughout the ballpark.

STUDENT TICKET SYSTEM

Students are able to reserve their tickets online by going to TicketReturn.com/CCU; the tickets will then be loaded on the student's University ID (CINO card) instead of producing a paper ticket. Students will have to bring their ID to the game and have the card swiped to enter Springs Brooks Stadium. If a student has a ticket loaded onto their CINO card in advance, the student may enter at any gate on gameday. If a student has not loaded their ticket onto their CINO card in advance, students can go to box office to reserve a ticket (based on availability).

WILL CALL

CCU player guest and visiting team player guest (if applicable) will be available at the tent at Gate 3 starting 90 minutes prior to first pitch. Will call is available at the ticket booths at Springs Brooks Stadium (Gate 2) beginning 90 minutes prior to first pitch. A picture ID is required to pick up tickets.

GAMES AT TICKETRETURN.COM FIELD AT PELICANS BALLPARK

Baseball games being played at TicketReturn.com Field at Pelicans Ballpark will be ticketed events. All seats will be general admission and some sections of the ballpark may not be available for seating. Fans can contact the Athletics Ticket Office at 843-347-8499 with any questions about purchasing tickets.
