Women's Golf 15th after Second Day at Region Championship

Tallahassee, Fla. - Coastal Carolina University's women's golf team shot a 14-over par 302 in today's second round of the Tallahassee Region Championship. With the score, the Chants moved up one spot and will enter tomorrow's final round 15th.
CCU played the back nine first today and shot a 155 (+11) on that nine holes. The second nine saw the Chants play their best golf of the two days shooting a three-over 147 to finish with the 302 final on the day. CCU's two-day total is a 35-over 611 (309-302).
Sena Ersoy led the day's action shooting a two-over 74. Her two-day total is 149 (74-75) and she will enter the final round tied at 48th.
Malene Krolboll Hansne shot a three-over 75 today and has a two-day total of 152 (77-75). She is tied for 71st entering tomorrow's action.
Sisters Frantiska (79-76) and Marie Lunackova (78-77) each have a 11-over 155 total over the first days of action and are tied for 81st. Stephanie Henning shot an 82 today and stands 95th with her two-day score of 161 (82-79).
There was some movement among the top six teams in today's action, as Alabama took over the lead with a 558 (-18). Yesterday's leader Washington, fell one spot and is now in second at 14-under par (562). Florida State and Furman are tied at 13-under (563) with Clemson moving up to fifth at 12-under (564). Holding the sixth spot is Arizona at five-under (571).
