Women's Golf Picks Up Top-25 Academic Ranking

CONWAY – The Coastal Carolina women's golf program continues to pull in honors for its outstanding 2017-18 season both on and off the course.
The Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has released its 2017-18 All-Scholar Team which is based upon the team's total team grade point average (gpa).
The WGCA lists the top 25 teams in the nation and Coastal Carolina rings in at number 24 sporting a team gpa of 3.690. CCU was one of three teams from the Sun Belt to achieve a top-25 listing joining Arkansas State and Little Rock.
CCU has been named to the All-Scholar Team four times in the past five years and it is the fourth time under head coach Katie Quinney the Chanticleers have received the honor.
Earlier this summer the Chants had five members of this year's Sun Belt Champions named WGCA All-America Scholars.
