
Brown Voted Sun Belt Player of the Week

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Coastal Carolina's Jennifer Brown was named the Sun Belt Women's Tennis Player of the Week, the league announced Wednesday.
Brown had a perfect 6-0 week in singles and doubles as she led Coastal to a 3-1 record with three consecutive shutouts in three consecutive days. Brown won all of her singles matches in straight sets, including two at the No. 2 position and one at the No. 3 spot. She was also at No. 1 for two doubles wins and at No. 2 for her third win. Additionally, Brown's singles win against North Carolina A&T was the match clincher.
Brown and the Chanticleers are next in action in a Sun Belt match at Arkansas State on March 16.
