Coastal Carolina Athletics Announces CINO Ticket Program for 2020-21

Conway, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University Athletics Department has announced its CINO (Coastal Is Number One) Ticket program for the upcoming 2020-21 athletics season. This initiative is for our fans, the ones that help make Coastal Number One, with the main goal in mind to provide them with protection, flexibility, and reassurance in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. We continue to move forward with preparations for hosting another exciting year of athletic events based on the most up-to-date guidelines and recommendations from national, state, and local health officials.
The CINO program includes:
1. Ticket Guarantee: If a scheduled Coastal Carolina athletics event for which tickets have been sold is not played during the 2020-21 academic year, fans who purchased those tickets from the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office may choose from the following four options:
3. Extended Deadlines: The deadline for priority ordering of 2020 football season tickets and parking has been extended to Wednesday, July 15th. The priority deadline for other ticketed sports will be announced at the beginning of the ticket sales process for those respective sports seasons.
4. Ticketing: Please contact the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office for more information on ticket printing and delivery options for the 2020-21 athletics season that can help reduce the number of physical touchpoints when entering all of our athletics facilities.
Support of Coastal Carolina Athletics and the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation is vital to the operating budget of the athletics department, including the more than 450 student-athletes who compete in 19 varsity sports.
Ticket Sales and Service
While working remotely, the Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office staff is available to assist with ticket sales and service. Fans can send an email at any time to tickets@coastal.edu or contact the ticket staff by phone (843-347-8499) or live chat (GoCCUsports.com) Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The Chanticleer Athletics Ticket Office located in Arcadia Hall is currently closed for in-person business.

- Sport's Restricted Budget - Donate the refund to the sport's restricted account via the CAF.
- CAF Impact Fund – Donate the refund to the Chanticleer Athletic Foundation.
- Credit – Receive an account credit applied to future ticket purchases.
- Refund – Receive a refund for the value of the game(s) canceled.
