TEMPE, Ariz. – Coastal Carolina University men's tennis super senior
Bastien Huon made history on Wednesday, Dec. 8, as the second-year Chanticleer was ranked No. 46 in the ITA Collegiate Tennis Division I Men's National Rankings.
The graduate student is the only Sun Belt Conference men's tennis student-athlete to be ranked in the top 125.
"Everyone in the program is proud of Bastien. Coaches often say that the best programs are ones that have the best people as their best players. This is truly the case with Bastien. What a great recognition to build on into the spring season," stated head coach
Chris Powers.
This marks the second time in his brief Coastal Carolina career that he has made history, as he broke his previous national singles record of No. 100, which he set last spring.
