Zack Taylor Continues Play at NCAA Noblesville Regional

Taylor will wrap up his play at the NCAA regional event on Wednesday
NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – Coastal Carolina's Zack Taylor continued his play at the 2021 NCAA Noblesville Regional on Tuesday, shooting a 79, +7, over the second round of play at the Sagamore Golf Club in Noblesville, Ind.
Following his first-round score of 78, +6, on Monday, the fifth-year senior's second-round 79 places him in a tie for 68th-place overall with his 36-hole score of 157, +13, on the individual player leaderboard.
Taylor opened the second round of play on Tuesday with two pars before going bogey, bogey, double bogey, and bogey to go +5 after the first six holes of play. He closed out the front nine with a birdie on hole No. 7 and then posted back-to-back pars to close out the front nine with a 40, +4.
On the back nine, Taylor carded five pars over the first six holes before turning in a birdie on the par-4, hole No. 16. He concluded his round with back-to-back bogeys to finish at 39, +3, on the back nine, and finish the round with a 79, +7.
No. 5 Texas leads the event at 561, 15-under par, while individually the duo of Blake McShea of UNCW and Nick Infanti of North Florida sits atop of the leaderboard at 138, 6-under par

The Noblesville Regional will continue tomorrow with tee-times starting at 8 a.m. ET.
