Coastal Volleyball to Open 2022 Sun Belt Championship on Friday

Coastal Carolina is the No. 2 seed in the East Division
NEW ORLEANS – The Coastal Carolina volleyball team (17-12, 9-7 SBC) finished second overall in the 2022 Sun Belt Conference East Division regular-season standings to earn the No. 2 seed in the East and received a two-round bye into the quarterfinals in this week's 2022 Sun Belt Conference Volleyball Championship Tournament in Foley, Ala.
Joining the Chanticleers with a two-round bye is James Madison, the East Division regular-season champions, Texas State, the West Division regular-season champions, and Troy, which placed second in the West Division.
Coastal Carolina will open play on Friday, Nov. 18, versus the winner of Marshall/ULM and South Alabama match.
