CONWAY, S.C. – Wednesday morning marks the end of a four-match homestand for the Coastal Carolina women's tennis team, as they host the Appalachian State Mountaineers at the Stevens Tennis Complex for a 9 a.m. ET Sun Belt Conference battle.
 
The Chants enter the contest with a 7-7 record (2-2 SBC) and have split their last two matches in conference play against Texas State and UT Arlington, respectively.  Meanwhile, the Mountaineers come in with a 3-9 record (1-2 SBC).
 
The two sides have faced off three times in the previous four seasons (2018-19 and twice in 2020-21).  Coastal Carolina pulled away to win by a 6-1 margin at home on March 20, 2021.
