Arafi a Sun Belt Conference Nominee for 2022 NCAA Woman of the Year

NEW ORLEANS – Coastal Carolina University women's golfer Tiffany Arafi has been named a Sun Belt Conference nominee for the 2022 NCAA Woman of the Year award.
A total of 577 graduating student-athletes from all NCAA member schools, from each of the NCAA's three divisions, were nominated for the award, including 248 from Division I. A total of 23 different sports are represented and 125 of the student-athletes are competing in multiple sports.
Arafi now moves into the final round of 156 student-athletes that have been announced as conference-level nominees for the 2022 award.
The top 30 honorees will be chosen from the 156 conference-level nominees and will be announced in October. From there, the selection committee will narrow the finalists to three from each NCAA division, one of whom will be named the 2022 NCAA Woman of the Year.
