Several Chants to Play in the Golfweek Fall Challenge

Three individuals will be representing the Chanticleers in the Challenge
CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University men's golf team will continue its opening fall weekend as three players will travel to Pawley's Island, S.C., to play in the 12th annual Golfweek Fall Challenge. The True Blue Golf Club will once again host the event scheduled for Sept. 11-13 with Golfweek serving as the official host.
Trey Crenshaw, Connor Bennink, and Alex van Wyk will represent the Chanticleers in the event as transfers Bennink and van Wyk will be playing their first event as a Chanticleer.
The 13 teams that will be vying for the team championship are Presbyterian, Gardner-Webb, Stephen F. Austin, Southern Indiana, Incarnate Word, Austin Peay, Delaware, Wright State, Tennessee Tech, Queens, Temple, Samford, Eastern Kentucky, and Jacksonville State.
"Alex, Connor, and Trey are ready to compete at the Golfweek at True Blue," head coach Jacob Wilner said. "It's a great opportunity to shoot some good scores and get tournament rounds under their belt as we move along this fall."
