New Orleans, La.  – The Sun Belt Conference announced its all-conference awards today for the 2023 cross country season.
 
After claiming her second consecutive Conference Title, senior Molly Jones was tabbed as this season's Sun Belt Women's Runner of the Year. Jones was also named to the All-Conference First Team.
 
Junior Ellie Wolski was named to the All-Conference First Team after securing her fourth top-three finish of the season at the Sun Belt Championship.
 
Junior Amilia Wise-Sweat was named to the All-Conference Third Team. Her season-best finish came in the form of third-place in the 5k event at the Chanticleer Challenge.
 
CCU travels to Spartanburg, S.C. for the NCAA Southeast Regionals starting tomorrow at 11 a.m. ET.
