CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina University men's golf team will tee off the spring season at The Hayt Country Club on Feb. 5-6 at the Sawgrass Country Club in Ponte Vedra, Fla.
The University of North Florida will host the two-day event, which will consist of 54 holes. The field is scheduled to play 36 holes on Sunday and the final 18 holes on Monday on the par-72, 6,966 yards course.
The Chanticleers and host North Florida will join 12 other teams at the invite, which includes Jacksonville State, Louisiana Tech, North Texas, UAB, Alabama, Arkansas, FGCU, Furman, Jacksonville, UCF, Chattanooga, and Vanderbilt.

Jacob Wilner will have an experienced Chanticleer team open the spring portion of the schedule in

Tyler Gray, and
Owen Kim.
"We are excited about beginning our spring season," Wilner said. "The Hayt has a very strong field and is played on a very challenging course. We have had five very competitive qualifying rounds and our top line is set."
