CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina sophomore Alexis Glasco will compete at the 2023 NCAA Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships, the NCAA announced this week. The two-day championships, hosted by the University of New Mexico, will be held March 10-11 at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
 
The 2023 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Champion in the 60-meter hurdles, Glasco won the indoor race at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships with a school record time of 8.08. Her time at the conference meet is the fastest in the Sun Belt and the 14th-fastest in the NCAA this season.
 
On top of winning the 60-meter hurdles, she also finished fourth overall in the 60-meters (7.44) and fifth in the 200-meters (23.85) at the conference meet. Both of those times are fourth in the Sun Belt Conference overall.
 
Named the SBC Women's Track Athlete of the Week on Feb. 1, Glasco set and reset CCU's school record in the 60-meter hurdles four different times this season and also etched her name in CCU's all-time performance top-10 list in the 60-meters, 200-meters, 400-meters, and as part of the 4x400-meter relay.

ESPN+ will stream the championships live starting at 11:30 a.m. ET on Friday, March 10, and starting at 1:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, March 11. There will be two re-airs of the meet. The first re-air will take place starting at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday, March 12, on ESPNU. The second re-air of the championship will take place starting at 7 p.m. ET on Monday, March 13, on ESPNU.
