SALEM, S.C. – Coastal Carolina University's
Seth Taylor shot a one-over 73 (37-36) in Wednesday's final round of the 2023 NCAA Salem Regional at The Cliffs at Keowee Falls Golf Course in Salem, S.C. He finished the event tied for 43rd overall on the individual leaderboard with a two-under 214 (71-70-73).
Taylor had a bogey on the second hole of the day and followed that with six consecutive pars before picking up his first birdie of the day on hole No. 8. He finished the front nine with a bogey six on the par-5 ninth to shoot a one-over 37 on the front nine.
He started the back nine with a birdie on hole No. 10 to move back to even par on the day before putting together a run of six consecutive pars. With two holes remaining, Taylor had a bogey four on the par-3 17th and completed his round with a par on the final hole for the even-par 36 on the back nine.
Taylor finished third among the individual players, trailing Bryce Corbett from Radford and Luis Carrera from UCF.
