CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina rising junior hurdler
Alexis Glasco will compete at the 2023 Toyota USATF Outdoor Championships on July 6-9 at Hayward Field in Eugene, Oregon.
Glasco will compete in the women's 100-meter hurdles, with the first round set for Friday, July 7, at 7:27 ET.
The semifinals are slated to start at 9:03 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 8, while the finals will take place at 10:55 p.m. ET as the final event of the day.
Running against the fastest field in any event at the 2023 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in June, Glasco placed sixth overall in the women's 100-meter hurdles with a time of 12.74 (3.8) in the finals.
Glasco, who qualified for the women's 100-meter hurdle finals with a time of 12.90 (0.5) in the semifinals on Thursday, finished just two-hundredths of a second out of fifth place.
The Florida native set the school record of 12.67 (1.9) at the 2023 NCAA East Regional Preliminaries in Jacksonville, Fla.
The first-team All-America honors capped an outdoor season in which the second-year Chanticleer was the Sun Belt Conference 100-meter hurdles champion and earned All-Sun Belt first-team honors over the outdoor season.
Glasco was also a 2023 USTFCCCA NCAA Division I second-team All-American, the Sun Belt Conference 60-meter hurdles champion, and a first-team All-Sun Belt selection over the indoor track & field season.

Melissa Jefferson will run in the women's 100-meters starting on Thursday, July 6, at 7:04 p.m. ET.
