CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team begins its 2024 spring season tomorrow, Jan. 15, on its home courts against the Knights of Central Florida.
Competing in four tournaments during the fall season, the Chants concluded their 2023 slate on Oct. 29 at the UNCW Hidden Duals in Wilmington, N.C.
Coastal is scheduled to feature in 21 matches during the 2024 spring campaign, followed by the start of postseason play beginning on Apr. 18 with the start of Sun Belt Conference Tournament in Rome, Ga.
This spring, CCU will sport a nine-man lineup consisting of seniors
Ryuya Ata,
Carlos Berna Ruiz,
Jesus Garcia,
Maj Tomac,
Guilherme Torsean and
Lucas Wayenburg and sophomore
Rivers Cahill, along with the additions of sophomore transfer
Eric Tripathi and Argentine-freshman
Juan Cruz Collardin.
Match play between CCU and UCF begins tomorrow at 3 P.M. ET at the Stevens Tennis Complex.
