CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina Chanticleers return to Conway for their annual Homecoming game on Saturday afternoon as the Chants play host to Louisiana. Kickoff is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. ET. Courtney Lyle and Rene Ingoglia will have the call on ESPNU. • Wide receiver Jameson Tucker caught his third touchdown reception of the season against James Madison.

• Tucker's three touchdown catches through his first six games of 2024 tie his mark of three during the entire 2023 campaign.

FLETCHER'S FINEST DAY
• Safety Tobias Fletcher set a career high with 10 tackles against James Madison.

• After tallying 10 tackles through the first four games of the season, Fletcher recorded 18 in a two-game stretch against Old Dominion and JMU.
 
WE SCOOP, WE SCORE
• Coastal Carolina's defense has returned all three of its fumble returns for touchdowns this season.

• The Chanticleer defense has also fallen on three fumbles and is tied for fifth in the nation with six fumble recoveries this year.

PROTECTION PLAN
• CCU's offensive line is tied for fifth nationally with just three sacks allowed this season.

• The Chanticleers have surrendered just 13 sacks in their last 17 contests.

• Excluding the service academies, no FBS school in the nation is averaging more yards per completion than the Chanticleers at 16.0.

• Running back Braydon Bennett currently ranks third in CCU history with 6.1 yards per carry in his career.

• Vasko needs 23 completion, one passing touchdown, and 244 yards of total offense to move into ninth on all three career lists. 

• Vasko is also just 214 passing yards away from moving into eighth place on Coastal's career list.

• Kicker Kade Hensley has made 56 consecutive extra points for the Chanticleers.
 
• Henlsey needs just three more made extra points to become the fifth Chant kicker ever to tally 100 makes in his career.

• Louisiana is 5-1 and coming off a 34-24 win over Appalachian State.

• Louisiana is currently on a three-game winning streak, its longest since 2021.

• Kicker Kenneth Almendares has tied the school record for career made field goals with 53. 

• The Ragin' Cajuns lead the conference and rank 12th nationally in passing yards allowed per game at 162.0.

• Tight end Terrance Carter caught four passes for a career-high 107 yards against Appalachian State

• Cornerback Amir McDaniel posted a career high seven tackles while adding a sack and two quarterback hurries against the Mountaineers.
