CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's soccer team will host the Marshall Thundering Herd on Oct. 18 at 3 p.m. ET.

- Coastal owns a 5-4-6, 1-1-4 Sun Belt record on the season.
- Freshman Eleanor Ashton bagged two goals versus Louisiana last Sunday and has scored at least one goal in Coastal's last four matches.
- The Chants were predicted to finish 12th in the preseason coaches' poll and now sit in seventh place.
- Ashton is the first Chant to score in four consecutive matches since Kacey Kelley in 2014. The freshman also places fourth in the Sun Belt with 16 points.

- Coastal goalkeeper Aris Lamanna made two crucial saves in the final 10 minutes of the match to secure the 1-1 draw.
- For the first time in the season, the Chants tied their opponent in shots with each team recording 12 apiece.
- The Thundering Herd has a 3-5-4, 1-2-3 Sun Belt record on the season.
- Marshall was selected to finish 13th in the Sun Belt Conference preseason coaches' poll and currently sits in 10th place.
