Pederson Announces the 2024-25 Women’s Basketball Non-Conference Schedule

The Chanticleers will play 11 non-conference events
CONWAY, S.C. – Coastal Carolina women's basketball head coach Kevin Pederson has announced the non-conference portion of the 2024-25 women's basketball schedule. The Chanticleers will play 11 non-conference opponents this season, including taking part in the MAC-SBC Challenge.
Coastal will open the season on the road on Nov. 4 for a matchup with Central Michigan to open the MAC-SBC Challenge. The Chants will remain on the road as they will travel to Charleston Southern on Nov. 9.
CCU opens home play with back-to-back games against UNCG (Nov. 13) and Union (KY) on Nov. 15 before hitting the road to visit 2024 NCAA Final Four participant North Carolina State on Nov. 21.
The Chanticleers wrap up the month of November on Nov. 27 by hosting Columbia College.
In the month of December, Coastal Carolina will host Jacksonville State (Dec. 7) before taking to the road to visit in-state foe Presbyterian (Dec. 15). The Chants then host UNCW (Dec. 18) and South Carolina State (Dec. 21) before jumping into Sun Belt Conference action. The final non-conference game will be at the HTC Center in the second game of the MAC-SBC Challenge against an opponent that will be announced at a late date.
