CLINTON S.C. – The Coastal Carolina women's tennis team secured its first win of the season against the Presbyterian Blue Hose, 6-1, in Clinton, S.C., on Thursday afternoon.

Coastal claimed the doubles point, winning matches on courts No. 1 and 3.
The Chants ran off five singles wins on courts 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 to secure the win.
Singles action was highlighted by three-set wins in the No. 1, 2, and 6 spots.
Freshman Brunelle Kouam won both her singles and doubles matches, extending her win streak to four straight victories.
The Chants will be back in action on Feb. 12 to take on Wofford in Spartanburg, S.C.
