CONWAY, S.C. – The Coastal Carolina men's tennis team suffered a 4-0 shutout loss to No. 73 Georgia Southern on Sunday afternoon at the Stevens Tennis Complex.
- The Eagles got off to a strong start, earning a 6-4 win on court one and a 7-6 (4) victory on court two to claim the doubles point.
- Georgia Southern then secured singles wins at the No. 4, 3 and 5 spots to clinch the 4-0 team win.
- Eric Tripathi led 6-4, 5-2 on court six, and Juan Cruz Collardin was about to enter a third set on court two when the match was decided.
- The Chanticleers will begin postseason play at the 2025 Sun Belt Conference Tournament, set for April 18–20 in Rome, Ga.
