Norlin Earns Sun Belt Postseason Honors

NEW ORLEANS – Coastal Carolina men's tennis standout Christopher Norlin has been named to the All-Sun Belt second team for singles and was also recognized as the Sun Belt Newcomer of the Year, the conference announced Thursday.
A junior transfer from Lidingö, Sweden, Norlin compiled a 16-8 overall singles record, including a 7-7 mark in dual matches and 2-2 in conference play. He had a stellar fall campaign going 9-1 in singles action and his spring season was highlighted by a five-match win streak spanning from Feb. 7 to Feb. 25.
The Chanticleers will face No. 3 seed South Alabama in the opening round of the 2025 Sun Belt Conference Tournament on April 18 in Rome, Georgia. First serve is scheduled for 2 p.m.
